Built on connection, shared expertise, and practical problem‑solving, BOND brings together BSA professionals of all levels to learn from one another, elevate standards, and support the critical work of safeguarding our financial system.

Who can join the network?
Membership is open to BSA/AML, compliance, risk, or operations community bankers looking to engage with peers for learning, collaboration, and strategic discussions.  Bank must be a member of Community Bankers of Washington

How often does the network meet?
Meetings are held four times per year, or as often as the group desires, featuring expert-led discussions, peer insights, and networking opportunities.

Are meetings virtual or in-person?
The network offers a mix of in-person and virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for members regardless of location.

What are the benefits of joining?

Is there a fee to join?
CBW BOND membership is free to community bankers who are employed by a CBW member bank. There is no provision for non-CBW members to join the group.
