Membership is open to operations, fraud/risk community bankers looking to engage with peers for learning, collaboration, and strategic discussions. Bank must be a member of Community Bankers of Washington

Meetings are held four times per year, or as often as the group desires, featuring expert-led discussions, peer insights, and networking opportunities.
Are meetings virtual or in-person?
The network offers a mix of in-person and virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for members regardless of location.
What are the benefits of joining?

Is there a fee to join?
FORCE membership is free to community bankers who are employed by a CBW member bank. There is no provision for non-CBW members to join the group.
