CBW FORCE is an exclusive forum where operations, IT, fraud, & risk community bankers connect, share insights, and discuss industry challenges in a trusted environment.

Who can join the network?
Membership is open to operations, fraud/risk community bankers looking to engage with peers for learning, collaboration, and strategic discussions.  Bank must be a member of Community Bankers of Washington

How often does the network meet?
Meetings are held four times per year, or as often as the group desires, featuring expert-led discussions, peer insights, and networking opportunities.

Are meetings virtual or in-person?
The network offers a mix of in-person and virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for members regardless of location.

What are the benefits of joining?
Members gain access to exclusive discussions, industry benchmarking, leadership strategies, and a valuable support network of community bankers in field of expertise.

Is there a fee to join?
FORCE membership is free to community bankers who are employed by a CBW member bank. There is no provision for non-CBW members to join the group.

How can I connect with other members outside of meetings?
Members can engage through private email group and networking events.  A dedicated discussion channel can be created if desired via ICBA Connect or Bankers Helping Bankers.
