What you need to know Each trade show space includes a 6 foot table, 2 chairs, & a wastebasket. The tables will be set with skirting, and the room will have the appropriate pipe & drape. The ballroom is carpeted. Booth assignments will be made in early September. This is a small trade show, 20-30 spaces, so you will not be hard to find. See below to arrange for electrical/AV at your booth, and for shipping instructions.

All packages must be labeled with the following information: 1) Return Address 2) Name of Group Affiliation 3) Dates of Event 4) Group Contact (Sales/Catering or Conference Sales Manager) 5) Name of Person that will Claim Package(s) and Date of Arrival 6) Number of boxes in shipment (1 of 4, etc) Send to: Skamania Lodge 1131 SW Skamania Lodge Way Stevenson, WA 98648 A handling fee of five dollars ($5.00) per box and one hundred dollars ($100.00) per pallet will be applicable for all boxes delivered to the hotel and is payable directly to the hotel. The hotel accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged goods. Deliveries will not be accepted more than three (3) days prior to event date.

Payment is made directly to Five Star AV. Electrical service is $25/day if ordered in advance, or $30/day if ordered on site. Terms & Conditions Sponsors may not host meetings or events for convention attendees that conflict with the convention agenda. Cancellation permitted with notice in writing to CBW. If notice is received by 8/1/2019 50% of the paid sponsorship will be refunded. If notice is received after 8/1/19 no refund will be made and the sponsor agrees to pay in full as promised. 2019 Convention sponsors have the option of trade show booth space based on sponsor level and space available, and must inform CBW of intent to have a booth when committing to sponsorship. Booth space is an 6 ft table per exhibitor. Boxes may be shipped no more than 3 days in advance at $5/box, payable directly to Skamania Lodge. Electrical access is additional $25/day, payable directly to 5 Star AV. Exhibitor must be at booth on 9/18/19 5:30-7:00pm, and on 9/19/19 5:30-7:00pm. Set up time is 9/18/19 from 1:00-4:00pm. Break down time is 9/20/19 from 6:30am-10:30 am. Only current CBW or CCBN Associate Members are eligible to attend or sponsor this convention and/or participate in the trade show. Additional delegate registrations above the number included in sponsorship are $495 each.
