Employee Benefits Northwest Financial Associations Trust CBW offers its members medical, dental, life and disability insurance program through the Northwest Financial Associations’ (NWFA) Employee Benefit Trust. The NWFA Trust is an Association Health Plan designed to provide high quality, affordable employee benefit programs and services to employers in the financial services industry.
The Trust provides benefits to member employers headquartered in Washington. Groups can choose from a wide range of medical plans offered through Premera Blue Cross and Kaiser Permanente. Optional best-in-class ancillary products such as dental, vision, STD/LTD and Voluntary Life/AD&D plans are also available. All plans feature online administration using both an Employee Self-Service option and an Employer Portal, consolidated billing, online bill-pay and complementary COBRA administration.
