Rebeca Romero Rainey, ICBA President & CEO - Rebeca Romero Rainey is President & CEO of ICBA, the leading advocacy organization exclusively representing community banks.  She is one of the nation's foremost advocates of the community banking industry, with a focus on regulatory reform for our country's nearly 5,700 community banks.  She has met with President Obama and President Trump to discuss issues that are top of mind for community banks.

Dave Kemp, Bankers Management, Inc. - David L. Kemp is President of Bankers Management, Inc. (BMI), formerly The Management Group. BMI is a nationally recognized company in financial services training and bank consulting. Prior to forming BMI, he served as Vice President, Director of Credit Services for Cannon Lending Schools, as well as through Banking Association sessions for individual financial institution.

Patrick Dix, Shazam Network - Patrick Dix is a veteran news anchor and reporter who manages the SHAZAM Network’s public relations efforts.  Patrick serves as the main company spokesman and uses his expertise to lead all social media channels, write articles for trade associations, create press releases for the network and provide media training to financial institutions.
He joined the SHAZAM Network in 2015 after a 25-year career as a broadcast journalist.  For the past 16 years, Dix served as the senior news anchor on the No. 1-rated network morning newscast in Des Moines, IA.  Patrick has been recognized with award from The Society of Professional Journalists, The William Randolph Hearst Foundation, and the Midwest Broadcast News Association.

Bill Bojan, Clifton Larson Allen - Bill is a Director with CliftonLarsonAllen’s Business Risk Services group and has 30 years of experience serving primarily the financial services and health care industries, both in the private sector and in an advisory capacity.  In the private sector, Bill has served as a Chief Risk Officer, Chief Ethics Officer, General Auditor, board member, board chair, and governance committee chair.  Bill’s advisory experience extends to all aspects of an organization’s corporate governance, including:  board operations and effectiveness, enterprise risk management (ERM), ethics, and internal audit.

Donna Flynn, Skills Mastery Group - Donna Flynn, founder and owner of Skills Mastery Group, Inc. has spent her entire career in the business of people.  Donna is an expert on leadership and has spoken at national and international conferences, radio shows and publications.  She is a graduate of Northwestern University, a certified executive coach and a leadership and strategic advisor to executives and corporations.  Prior to starting Skills Mastery Group in 2001, she was the President & Market Manager for a group of 8 banks in the Chicago area, and a National Sales Manager & Executive Coach for Banc One Mortgage.

William Dunkelberg, National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) - Chief Economist for the NFIB since 1971, Dunkelberg is a nationally known authority on small business, entrepreneurship, consumer behavior and consumer credit and government policy. He is also a Professor of Economics at the School of Business and Management, Temple University, where he served as Dean from 1987 through 1994 and as Director of the Center for the Advancement and Study of Entrepreneurship. His prior appointments were at the Krannert Graduate School of Management, Purdue University, the Graduate School of Business, Stanford University and the Survey Research Center at the University of Michigan. He served as an adviser to the secretary of Commerce, and was appointed to the Consumer Advisory Council of the Federal Reserve System in 1989 for a two-year term. He has a B.A., M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in Economics from the University of Michigan.

 Jim Reber, ICBA Securities - Jim Reber was elected as President and CEO of ICBA Securities effective April 1, 2005. From 1990 through 2005 he worked as a Senior Vice President and registered representative for ICBA Securities. He is a frequent speaker at bank conventions, seminars and conferences. Jim also writes a monthly investment column for Independent Banker magazine. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst. He is on the Board of Regents of the Paul W. Barret School of Banking and is on the Executive Committee. Jim holds a BS degree in Accounting from Christian Brothers University in Memphis, Tennessee, where he serves on the Board of Trustees

Lance Caldwell, Promontory Interfinancial Network - Lance Caldwell is Managing Director for Promontory Interfinancial Network.  He is responsible for supervising a team of Regional Directors who provide strategic balance sheet management solutions for financial institutions across the Central and Western portions of the United States.  He previously served as a Managing Examiner for the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, a Lending Officer for Federal Home Loan Bank of Topeka and an Associate National Bank Examiner for the Comptroller of the Currency. He joined Promontory Interfinancial Network in May 2004 as a Business Development Advisor and most recently served as a Regional Director for Missouri and Kansas.

Denny Trompeter, PCBB - Denny Trompeter has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry and is currently Managing Director and group head of the Hedging Solutions business at PCBB. Prior to joining PCBB, Mr. Trompeter was a Principal at Bank of America for 22 years where he specialized in the structuring and sales of trades designed to hedge the interest rate exposure of domestic financial institutions, mortgage companies and finance companies. Prior to that, Mr. Trompeter was a Trader at the Chicago Board Options Exchange and Chicago Mercantile Exchange, an Account Executive at Dean Witter Reynolds and a Financial Analyst for Porter Financial Services. Mr. Trompeter has extensive experience with floor trading, investment services and portfolio management systems. Mr. Trompeter received his Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University and his Masters of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.

Roberta Hollinshead, WA Department of Financial Institutions - Roberta S. Hollinshead was appointed as Director of Banks for Washington DFI on December 1, 2016. As Director, she is responsible for chartering and supervising the activities of all Washington state-chartered commercial banks and trust companies. Roberta works closely with stakeholders to promote sound economic development in the banking industry supporting a prosperous economy in Washington.
Roberta’s tenure with DFI began in July of 2001 as a financial examiner. Roberta worked her way up the ranks and prior to becoming the Director she served as the Chief of Examinations for the Division of Banks.
Roberta holds a Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration, with a Finance concentration, from the University of Washington. In addition, Roberta has a Master’s in Business Administration from Seattle University and a degree from the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado.
